Key Responsibilities
- Own the Commercial Training Roadmap: Design and execute a long‑term strategy to upskill the team, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Strategic Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for Product, Marketing, and Ops leadership, prioritising their updates and integrating them into the sales workflow.
- Architect of AI Integration: Define the vision for the Commercial AI Enabler, ensuring efficient design and implementation of AI capabilities.
- Govern the Commercial Knowledge Ecosystem: Set standards for the Single Source of Truth (Notion) and ensure training specialists and SMEs maintain high‑quality, up‑to‑date knowledge.
- Establish the Measurement Framework: Define KPIs for success, such as certification rates and ramp‑up time.
- Empower & Mentor a High‑Performing Team: Lead and coach four specialists, measuring success by their growth, delivery quality, and the energy they bring to the organisation.
About You
- 7+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Commercial Leadership in a fast‑paced SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Proven track record of managing and developing individual contributors.
- Commercial sharpness: Build training programmes that drive revenue, not just training for training’s sake.
- AI enthusiasm: Leverage AI to automate and bring efficiency gains to the commercial lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Notion, and modern LMS/enablement platforms.
