Your mission is to support the UK Commercial team in developing new and exciting accounts. You will be the engine behind our growth by booking sales meetings with relevant stakeholders, maintaining a particular focus on the high-impact Financial & Professional Services Sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Identify and reach out to prospects primarily via phone calls, but also utilizing LinkedIn and Email to schedule discovery and follow-up meetings for our Account Managers.
- Strategy & Innovation: Develop new and innovative strategies for customer acquisition by experimenting with fresh content, channels, and tools.
- Event Support: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize ROI on local events by inviting existing clients and potential new prospects.
- Account Intelligence: Gather critical account insights and qualify potential leads through consistent conversations and meeting scheduling.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and share best practices, especially regarding cold and warm calling to help the team win.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Learn about and engage with other UK functions, including Product, Customer Care, HR, and the Freelance Community.
About you:
You are a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career in sales. Ideally, you have some experience in a start-up or B2B environment including internships and a high affinity for the tech industry. Impeccable English is a must, any other European language like French, Spanish, or German is a plus. You possess a strong hunting mentality, a competitive mindset, and a genuine willingness to deliver results. You are a natural communicator, confident and engaging with a "chatty" personality that helps you build rapport easily. You are intellectually flexible and resilient, with an entrepreneurial spirit that helps you navigate the challenges of sales. While you are self-motivated to achieve objectives, you value team spirit and working toward a collective goal.
How to join the mission?
- First call with Esra, our Talent Acquisition Partner, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have (30-45 minutes).
- On-site case study interview with two of our Sales Managers to test your skills through a practical business scenario (60 minutes).
- Final interview with your future manager to discuss the role and answer any remaining questions (45 minutes).
