Malt Shovel, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of with a passion for great food and team development.

You will train and motivate Chefs, manage shifts and stock, and ensure adherence to the menu and brand standards while upholding health and hygiene regulations.
