Malmesbury Park Primary Academy, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Class Teacher to join the school in January 2027 or sooner.
Location: Malmesbury Park Primary Academy, Lowther Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8LU
FTE Salary Range: MPS 1 - UPS 3, £32,916 - £51,047
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Contract Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the role
As a member of teaching staff at Malmesbury Park Primary School, you will plan and deliver the curriculum to meet the needs of the children in your class. You will facilitate engaging lessons, encourage social interaction, develop independence and self-esteem, and support all students to achieve their goals. Good interpersonal skills, a range of behaviour-management strategies and a genuine desire to support every child are essential.
About the successful candidate
The ideal candidate is hard-working, friendly and outgoing, with enthusiasm for working with children. You will have experience or a talent for engaging with pupils, encouraging social interaction, and fostering independence, self-esteem and goal attainment. Experience teaching in KS1/KS2 is desirable. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT). All teachers must hold qualified teacher status.
