Opened in 2018, the hotel features 46 bedrooms, an 80-seater Bistro & Bar, and 3 private event spaces seating up to 60. Nestled in the heart of the historic town, the original part of the hotel, built in 1798 and carefully restored, has served various purposes. Today, this charming Tudor town on the banks of the Avon River is known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare.
About The Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be an essential part of the team, working behind the scenes to maintain Hotel du Vin standards and ensuring guests' rooms are perfectly prepared for check-in. You will style the rooms with an eye for detail and a passion for cleaning. Working in a team, you will ensure the rooms and general areas of the hotel are ready on time, greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you along the corridors. Housekeeping Assistants have as much interaction with our guests as any other staff member, so must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service.
About You
You have an eye for detail, take pride in your work, and enjoy being busy. This is a physical role, so you will cope with the demands of a Housekeeping Assistant position. Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, but we will consider candidates with no experience.
