About The Role

Are high standards second nature to you? Do you love people and making guests smile every day knowing you have delivered celebrity service? You will already have experience working within a busy restaurant and looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant within our hotel, helping control the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open seven days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training. We’ll help you be “The Difference” between good and great guest experiences. We create memories that the guest will never forget.
