We are recruiting for an exciting NEW role and are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement function across Frasers Hospitality in EMEA. This role ensures strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, cost optimisation, sustainability compliance, and oversight of the P2P system.

What you’ll be doing as Procurement Manager:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Frasers Hospitality’s business goals across EMEA.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure best value.
  • Oversee procurement across various categories.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through robust supplier evaluation and monitoring.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives including Scope 3 emissions management, reporting and supplier ESG alignment.
  • Manage P2P system (Procure Wizard) including supplier onboarding, data accuracy, reporting integration, and system oversight.
  • Monitor procurement performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Report on cost performance vs. market and internal budgets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in Procurement / Buying / Category Management.
  • Experience working with similar systems (e.g. Procure Wizard).
  • Proven track record in complex tenders & contract negotiation across various categories.
  • Experience of managing ESG and reducing scope 3 carbon emissions within supply chains aligned to our group strategy.
  • Excellent networking capabilities and presentation skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Financial acumen and result orientated with ability to present results in a structured and professional manner.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong IT & Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise & work to deadlines.
  • Highly numerate & attention to detail.
  • CIPS qualified or training towards preferred but not essential.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
  • Procurement experience outside of the UK preferred but not essential.
