About The Role

As a Night Receptionist at Fraser Suites Queens Gate, you will contribute to the first impression of our guests at check-in and play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be involved in day-to-day reception duties and ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion. You will ensure the smooth running of the Front Office Department, dealing with guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.
