Receptionist, Malmaison in Manchester

Opened in 1998, Malmaison features 167 bedrooms, a 118-seater Bar & Grill, and 10 private event spaces, the largest of which seats up to 130. The hotel includes a spa with 4 treatment rooms, a relaxation area, 2 manicure & pedicure stations, and saunas. Transformed from an elegant 19th-century warehouse and former dolls factory, it is conveniently located across from Piccadilly station and within walking distance of many attractions in Manchester.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic receptionist to join the team at Malmaison. As a Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring everything has gone above and beyond before they leave. This role could be the next step for you into a Supervisory position within Malmaison, as we actively encourage internal development and progression. Candidates for this position would have the opportunity to enrol in our apprenticeship scheme after completing their probationary period.
