Overview
Maintenance Manager, Malmaison — £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, 45 hours. Permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
- Allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
- Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on property.
- Be organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel (required).
- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
- Computer literacy is key for the compliance and audit part of this role.
