About The Role

Maintenance Manager, Malmaison – Competitive Salary, 45 Hours, Permanent Contract, Liverpool.

You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, the upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team, ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay. Allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things. Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on property. Be organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands‑on manager with excellent attention to detail.

Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial. Computer literacy is also key for the compliance and audit part of this role.
