We are excited to prepare the opening of our one of a kind Sky Bar at Malmaison York. Think luxurious and comfortable loungers, lanterns, beautiful trees, Champagne, cocktails and food platters. We’re looking for enthusiastic, bubbly, organised and meticulous individuals, with an interest in excellent customer service skills. As Head Host, you will be managing the flow of guests into SORA, our brand new Sky Bar, in order to optimise their experience whilst making effective use of the space. You will have experience of working within customer service and ideally high volume restaurants/bars. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable dealing with guest enquiries via telephone, email, and face to face. Liaising with the Front Office team and SORA management, you will be an integral part of making each shift a success.
