What you will be doing as a Room Attendant:

  • Ensure total guest satisfaction, providing efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department.
  • Responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas.
  • Oversee any outsourced staff when required.
  • Occasionally interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during your shift.
  • May be required to staff our continental breakfast room from time to time.
