About the Location
80‑seater Bistro & Bar located in Cambridge, England, a Grade II listed building originally a university structure. The space retains original architectural features. Cambridge, a town brimming with history, tradition and scholarly charm, lies near Kings College, the bustling market square, winding cobbled streets and imposing spires.
About the Role
In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow, communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – great flexibility can be discussed at interview. Apprenticeships are available alongside brand training. Passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.
