Job Overview

Frasers Hospitality, a global leader in serviced apartments and hotel residences, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to lead online marketing efforts across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all online marketing communications.
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media and social media platforms.
  • Lead creation of compelling, on‑brand content and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to drive occupancy, meeting and events bookings and other business areas.
  • Lead, mentor and develop direct reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated actions and alignment with overall objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging digital platforms and competitor activities to keep the strategy innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hospitality environment, digital marketing role in a multi‑site national company.
  • Experience in luxury serviced apartments or hotel industry a plus.
  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in Europe & Middle East an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal; attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team; coaching and development focus.
  • Ability to travel to properties as required.
  • Intermediate‑Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
