In this role you’re a real organizer, who loves leading and motivating your team. You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and helping set Malmaison apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
As Deputy General Manager you will know the local market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to. You will need a good understanding of Health & Safety and be able to communicate effectively. They say the devil is in the detail and here at Malmaison it definitely is. Ideally you will have had previous experience in managing a team and you will have a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property however this isn’t a deal breaker.
