Newcastle location, full-time, permanent contract, 45 hours per week. The role is to maximise revenue across the Malmaison and Hotel du Vin properties in Newcastle and to drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan. The Cluster Sales Manager will represent both brands, actively pursue new opportunities, and cross-sell across all hotels within Mal and HdV. Reporting into the General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales, you will manage the inquiry process, train and communicate within the department and across both hotels, and develop strong relationships with guests.
You will be a self-starter, organised, and able to prioritise actions while managing tasks through to completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with confidence presenting to senior decision makers in other businesses. Experience in a similar role or a working knowledge of the hotel industry is beneficial.
