Role Overview: Chef De Partie – Permanent, 40 hours per week. Location: Hotel du Vin Bristol. Immediate start. Pay: £14.55 per hour (incl. TRONC). Training and development provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch your food leave the pass, ensuring it meets high standards and delighting guests.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver dishes consistently on time and to the hotel’s quality standards.
