About The Role

As Reception Manager at Malmaison, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring high standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will manage a small team and assume some Duty Manager responsibilities. Experience in a Hotel Reception and familiarity with the reservations system Opera is ideal.
