Location: Hybrid working between home and our Central Birmingham Office.
Malmaison & Hotel du Vin encompass a UK portfolio of 37 distinctive boutique properties with uniquely designed rooms & renowned restaurants, in prime locations across the country.
The Role
As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial success of a cluster of our boutique hotels. You’ll bring insight, expertise, and a strategic mindset to:
- Optimise performance across multiple properties, ensuring revenue streams are maximised and targets consistently met and exceeded.
- Outperform competitors by harnessing market intelligence and leveraging data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver commercial success.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and influence at every level – from your peers to senior stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong blend of analytical ability, commercial acumen, and people skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action to maximise performance.
- Proven experience in a similar multi-property or cluster revenue management role.
- Proven success in delivering and surpassing revenue targets.
- Strategic and commercial drive – always looking for opportunities to grow and innovate.
- Tenacity and passion for revenue management and the boutique hotel sector.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring others on the journey.
- Experienced user of revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools.
