Assistant Restaurant Manager £30,500 / 40 hours • Permanent position • Hotel du Vin Wimbledon

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager. You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant in order to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team maintaining the brand standards.
