About the Role
Rate of pay / Hours: £13.52 per hour plus TRONC (service charge), 42 hours
Contract Type: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

The Night Manager oversees the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained. We create memories that the guest will never forget. Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise and manage guest expectations.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained and provide high-quality service.
- Deliver celebrity service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team; support staffing and training needs as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations overnight.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality management role, with a focus on night operations preferred.
- Strong guest service skills and the ability to elevate guest experience.
- Ability to work 4 on / 4 off shifts and manage overnight operations.
