Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is looking for a Hotel Manager will be reporting into the Cluster General Manager and be responsible for running Malmaison Manchester Deansgate on a day to day basis.

You will be an experienced Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager looking for an opportunity to step up and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.

In this role you're a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team.

You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and set Malmaison apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.

You will know the market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.

Ideally you will have had previous experience in managing large teams and you will have a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property however this isn't a deal breaker.
