About The Role
Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.30 / 16 hours. Type of contract: Permanent. Location: Edinburgh City.
In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you\\\’ll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We offer flexibility if required. If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training. Experience isn\\\’t a deal breaker, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential. There is potential for progression into F&B Management through internal development and progression.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the restaurant, greet guests, seat guests, and take/ relay orders to the kitchen as needed.
- Help manage dining room flow and communicate with kitchen and management to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service and uphold brand standards.
