About the Location: Tunbridge Wells, a historic spa town in Kent. The hotel sits in a Grade II-listed mansion with 34 bedrooms, a 74-seater Bistro & Bar, and 3 private event spaces seating up to 84. The property offers wonderful views across lawns to the ornamental gardens of Calverley Park.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests. We open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to cover a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. You will be part of a team focused on delivering excellent guest experiences.
