Responsibilities

  • Work behind the scenes to ensure Hotel Du Vin Glasgow (HDV) standards are maintained and you are a vital member of the hotel team.
  • Style and prepare rooms with attention to detail, ensuring rooms are ready on time and meet standards.
  • Interact with guests with a warm welcome and hospitality-minded service as you pass in corridors.
  • Contribute to delivering excellent service and positive guest experiences as part of the room attendant team.
  • Support the property’s spaces and guest experiences in line with the hotel’s role and standards.
