Responsibilities
What you will be doing as a Room Attendant
As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction by providing an efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back-of-house areas. You may also interact with customers and support other operations departments during the night shift. You may also oversee any outsourced staff when required.
You are an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who share a common passion – to create memories that guests will remember.
