About The Role

Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel Du Vin

Rate of pay £12.95 / 40 Hours per week

Type of contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant service ensuring guest satisfaction and celebrity-level service standards.
  • Supervise shifts, brief staff, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Support training and development of team members and nurture internal progression.
