Rate of pay £12.95 / 40 Hours per week

Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant service ensuring guest satisfaction and celebrity-level service standards.
- Supervise shifts, brief staff, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Support training and development of team members and nurture internal progression.
