About the Role
Housekeeping Supervisor, Malmaison
Salary: 26,174.72 / year — Full time contract — Newcastle
As Housekeeping Supervisor you have the final say on whether a room is perfect or not. You set the tone for the guest experience through you and your team, ensuring high standards are maintained and that every visit exceeds expectations. This position is a potential stepping stone into a Head of Department (HOD) role within Malmaison, with active encouragement for internal development and progression.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure bedrooms and public areas meet and exceed Malmaison standards.
- Inspect rooms and spaces for quality, taking final ownership of room readiness.
- Collaborate with other departments to create memorable guest experiences.
- Support development and progression opportunities within the hotel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a housekeeping supervisory or equivalent leadership role.
