We are looking for a Director of Development EMEA to join our team, helping to expand our luxury serviced apartment portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a key leadership position where you will drive our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our footprint and increasing brand equity.

About The Role

Job Title: Development Director EMEA – Frasers Hospitality
Salary: Competitive Salary & Benefits
Location: London or Dubai – Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

What You’ll Be Doing As Development Director

  • Reporting into the COO EMEA and managing one direct report, identify and negotiate new business opportunities through management, franchise, and lease agreements to build a strong pipeline of new deals.
  • Oversee the entire deal process, from initial site inspections and financial appraisals to the finalization of definitive agreements, working closely with internal and external legal teams, technical services, and operations.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to generate new leads and partnership opportunities, cultivating warm, friendly, and reciprocal relationships.
  • Coordinate and execute strategic marketing activities such as influencer forums and investor conferences to enhance our brand image and recognition.
  • Support senior management by preparing annual business plans, departmental budgets, and monthly project status reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in the real estate side of the hotel and/or serviced apartment industry, with in-depth knowledge of the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrable experience in securing new deals and a strong network within the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to effectively structure and finalize complex agreements, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with autonomy.
  • Exceptional presentation and pitching skills, confidently representing our brands to third parties; fluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical and proactive approach to business, thinking strategically while maintaining an engaging and professional demeanour.
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills and applying strategic solutions to complex problems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, fostering collaboration and influence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking in dynamic environments, and resilience under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
