About the Role:
As Reception Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring high standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will set the tone for their visit and ensure everything exceeds expectations. This role could be the next step towards a Head of Department position within Malmaison, as we actively encourage internal development and progression.
