Opened in 1998, the establishment features 167 bedrooms, a 118-seater Bar & Grill, and 10 private event spaces, the largest of which seats up to 130. It includes a spa with 4 treatment rooms, a relaxation area, 2 manicure & pedicure stations, and saunas. Transformed from an elegant 19th-century warehouse and former dolls factory, it is conveniently located across from Piccadilly station and within walking distance of many attractions in the city.
About the Role:

- Salary: £12.80 Per Hour + Tronc
- Hours: 40 Hours (Under 18's rate £10.85 per hour)

In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow and communicating with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, offering great flexibility if required. Experience isn't a deal breaker, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.
