Opened in 1998, the establishment features 167 bedrooms, a 118-seater Bar & Grill, and 10 private event spaces, the largest of which seats up to 130. It includes a spa with 4 treatment rooms, a relaxation area, 2 manicure & pedicure stations, and saunas. Transformed from an elegant 19th-century warehouse and former dolls factory, it is conveniently located across from Piccadilly station and within walking distance of many attractions in the city.
About the Role:
As a Starbucks Barista at Malmaison, you will earn £13.01 for 20 hours per week on a permanent contract in Manchester. You are passionate about fresh food, proper coffee, and great customer service in a coffee bar setting. You will support your Manager in inspiring and driving a team to excel and deliver fantastic sales, contributing to a key profit stream within our business.
Your role involves delivering fantastic service and products that meet and exceed both Starbucks and Malmaison expectations. You will provide the highest standards in the industry by offering great coffee, great food, and great service every time, with the passion we pride ourselves on. Your efforts will include working with the Team Manager to motivate the team, manage your business, and understand what makes good customer service great.
