Located within the 34 acres of parkland of Cannizaro Park and adjacent to Wimbledon Common, within walking distance of the boutique shopping of Wimbledon Village and the All England Tennis Club.
About the Role: Maintenance Assistant – £13ph Permanent position, predominantly weekend cover at Hotel du Vin Wimbledon. Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team. You are there to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations. You will be required to proactively complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and passion for fixing things!
You must be able to work to deadlines, be confident in liaising with contractors and taking responsibility for health and safety. You must be organised, a good communicator, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial.
