Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities and the management of the maintenance team. You will allocate responsibilities, complete the daily jobs list and preventive maintenance schedules, ensure deadlines, liaise with contractors and uphold health and safety standards on site.
Prior hotel maintenance experience is required and knowledge of electrics is beneficial.
