Opened in 1994, Malmaison Edinburgh is located in Leith, a vibrant area with independent shops, stylish bars, and restaurants. The hotel features 100 bedrooms, a 60-seater Bar & Grill, and five private event spaces, the largest of which seats up to 85 guests.
About the Role
The F&B Assistant role offers £12.80 per hour plus TRONC, with 20 hours per week across breakfast, dinner, and bar shifts. Free parking is available. In this position, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexibility in shift patterns and contracted hours.
If you seek career training, we provide nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training. Experience is not essential, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is crucial.
