Opened in 2014, our establishment features 91 bedrooms, a 100-seater Bar & Grill, and 6 private event spaces, the largest of which seats up to 160. Located in the city centre, across from the mainline station and popular tourist attractions, the stunning Victorian building retains its original features from 1899. You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career. As the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility in shifts and days. Generally busier during evenings and weekends, shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
