About the Role:
As an F&B Assistant at Hotel du Vin, you will earn £12.80 per hour plus tronc on a permanent contract of 20 hours. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, offering great flexibility if required. Experience isn't a deal breaker, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.
