Opened in 2002, our establishment features 49 bedrooms, a 68-seater bistro & bar, and 6 private event spaces seating up to 100. Nestled in the iconic cobbled alleyways of The Lanes, once the historic fishing village of Brighthelmstone, today The Lanes are home to designer boutiques, upmarket jewellers, and antique stores. Set back off the seafront, just a short stroll from the Palace Pier, Brighton is one of the most vibrant, colourful, and creative cities in Europe, offering everything from Regency heritage to beachfront cool.

About the Role:

As a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, you will earn £13 per hour for 40 hours a week (Under 18's rate: £10.85 per hour). You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping control the flow and communicating with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require staff to work a range of shifts and days, providing great flexibility. Generally, we are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at the interview. We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to help you become 'The Difference' between good and great guest experiences.
