About the Role

Job title: Assistant Bar Manager at The White Lion, Clifton Village, Bristol.

Salary: Up to £13.80 per hour including TRONC. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the front‑of‑house team and set an example of professionalism and detail.
  • Deliver weekly sales targets and manage operating costs.
  • Control payroll and stock and prepare accurate reports.
