About the Role
Job title: Assistant Bar Manager at The White Lion, Clifton Village, Bristol.
Salary: Up to £13.80 per hour including TRONC. 40 hours per week.
The White Lion is a fantastic pub attached to The Avon Gorge Hotel with an outdoor terrace boasting stunning views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Avon Gorge. Your role will involve delivering a top‑class guest experience and managing bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front‑of‑house team and set an example of professionalism and detail.
- Deliver weekly sales targets and manage operating costs.
- Control payroll and stock and prepare accurate reports.
