The Avon Gorge Hotel is part of the iconic Hotel Du Vin brand of hotels where guests enjoy relaxed, stylish townhouse hotels and delicious bistro dining at sensible prices. Beautiful bedrooms feature luxuries such as roll-top baths, monsoon showers, fluffy bathrobes, and plentiful bathroom goodies. The wine theme is obvious throughout the hotels, with each bedroom sponsored by, and named after, an eminent wine company. In the bistros and bars, we serve classic dishes and drinks in comfortable surroundings, and offer an extensive, eclectic wine selection. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, which means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
