Hotel du Vin Cambridge is seeking a hands-on Bistro & Bar Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings facilities. You will coach your team to deliver high standards and hit budgeted targets and KPIs.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year with flexible shifts and hours. This full-time role offers 45 hours per week. National apprenticeship training alongside brand training will support your development in F&B management.
