Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their residential property team as a Residential Property Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about supporting residential property matters, looking to advance within a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support across a variety of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient file and document management from instruction to completion.
- Assist with drafting and preparing legal documentation, correspondence, and reports related to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties, providing updates and ensuring clear, professional communication throughout service delivery.
- Support the property team in maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, including GDPR, SRA, Anti-Money Laundering, and internal protocols.
- Carry out searches, request documentation, and accurately record case progress within the case management system.
- Proactively manage deadlines, queries, and outstanding actions, escalating issues to senior team members as required.

- Previous administrative or support experience within a residential property / conveyancing.
