Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Residential Property / Conveyancing Paralegal to assist with a busy caseload. You will play a critical role in progressing property matters efficiently and to the highest standard, liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to deliver an exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities- Assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, from end to end.
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing documentation including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
- Conducting searches, requesting and reviewing mortgage offers, and reporting to clients.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, developers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Providing proactive administrative and legal support to fee earners and contributing to departmental efficiency.
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a paralegal in a residential property or conveyancing environment.
- Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documentation and carrying out property searches.
- Excellent client service approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Confident in the use of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently where required.
