Our client, a reputable law firm renowned for client service and modern working practices, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Executive to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role, permanent role working Monday to Friday. Salary Β£38,000 - Β£48,000.

Key Responsibilities in Residential Conveyancing:
  • Handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership matters.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Carry out thorough title checks, conduct property searches, review survey findings, and resolve any legal issues or enquiries arising during the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain efficient and transparent communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other relevant parties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Manage all post-completion matters, including submitting SDLT returns and lodging applications with HM Land Registry, ensuring full compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure all conveyancing activities conform to SRA, CQS, and AML regulatory requirements and best practice protocols, with a focus on minimising risk.
  • Support a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, assisting colleagues, and engaging with professional development opportunities.
