  • Support submission of documentation to HM Land Registry using the firm's digital processes and assist with post‐completion registrations and follow up on requisitions on title under supervision.
  • Ensure accurate time recording, assist with billing administration and maintain clear audit trails for all file actions to support compliance and quality control requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting practical improvements to office procedures, templates and use of conveyancing technology; adopt and champion new systems and workflows.
  • Provide support and cover for other team members during busy periods and assist in the induction and training of new administrative staff where appropriate.
Key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work methodically to maintain high standards across multiple files.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, fee earners and external contacts.
  • High level of compliance awareness including familiarity with basic AML and client identity checks or a clear willingness to follow and learn firm procedures.
