This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Senior Associate to join a leading specialist property and commercial practice. You will play a pivotal role within the Residential Conveyancing department, supporting a diverse client base and progressing your professional development.

Key Responsibilities in Residential Property Law

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, remortgage, right to buy, and new build matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing property-related legal documentation and contracts.
  • Completing property due diligence, title reviews, and conducting searches, preparing clear reports for clients as required.
  • Liaising directly with clients, colleagues, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to ensure efficient transaction progress.
  • Overseeing post-completion work such as registrations, SDLT submissions, and maintaining compliance records.
  • Maintaining full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and requirements.
