Our client is seeking an experienced and client-focused professional to join their expanding team. These opportunities are well-suited to individuals who are dedicated to delivering a high standard of service and aspire to further develop their career within residential property.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage own caseload of mixed residential property matters from start to completion.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and correspondence, manage case files and undertake regular reporting as required.
  • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear, professional, and timely information flow throughout service delivery.
  • Carry out legal or process research and assist with reviewing and preparing reports or summaries as instructed.
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory, quality, and internal standards and protocols, including GDPR, AML, SRA, or industry-specific guidelines.
  • Proactively resolve queries, escalate issues appropriately.
Skills and experience:
  • At least 3 years experience independently managing own caseload as a fee earner.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, showing professionalism and empathy in every client or team interaction.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all work undertaken.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn, adapt, and support team objectives.
