- Support post-completion work, including SDLT returns, registration applications, requisitions, title updates, file reviews and the return of deeds and documents.
- Maintain accurate case management records, diaries and transaction trackers, monitoring key dates and escalating delays, risks or issues to the supervising fee earner.
- Assist with billing, disbursements, payments and other financial administration in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide a responsive and client-focused service, handling routine queries appropriately and referring complex legal or technical matters for further guidance.
- Comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, data protection obligations, risk management procedures and the firm’s internal policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the residential property team and contribute to the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of conveyancing services.
