We are seeking a technically competent Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our client's Property team in Aldgate. The successful candidate will assist fee‑earners in managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing high‑quality legal and administrative support, proactive case progression and excellent client care within a collaborative firm that values continuous professional development and high standards.
This role will involve supporting transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters, as well as post‑completion tasks such as SDLT returns, Land Registry applications and dealing with lender requirements. The role offers opportunities for professional development, involvement in process improvement and hybrid working after successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities- Support fee‑earners in the management of a mixed‑complexity caseload of residential property matters from file opening through to completion and post‑completion, ensuring timely progression and excellent client service.
